玉米ZmRUM1基因的克隆及生物信息学分析
Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of ZmRUM1 Gene in Maize

Abstract
To investigate the function and molecular mechanism of the AUX/IAA family gene ZmRUM1,it was cloned from maize inbred line CML288 and analyzed by bioinformatic methods in this study.The results showed that the CDS sequence of ZmRUM1 gene was 810 bp,encoding 269 amino acids.The molecular for-mula of ZmRUM1 protein was C1241H1980N348O393S11,the molecular weight was 28.416 kDa,the theoretical iso-electric point(pI)was 8.56,the instability factor was 52.41 indicating it was an unstable protein.It had the fat solubility index as 69.11,contained a structural domain unique to the AUX/IAA family,located in the nu-cleus,contained no transmembrane structural domain or signal peptide,and was a hydrophilic protein with the hydrophilicity coefficient as-0.399.It was the closest relative to Sorghum bicolor and Miscanthus lutarioripari-us.These results could provide the theoretical basis for in-depth study of the biological functions of ZmRUM1 gene.关键词
