基于转录组测序鉴定油莎豆油脂合成关键基因的研究
Identification of Key Genes Related to Cyperus esculentus Lipid Synthesis Based on Transcriptome Sequencing

Abstract
Cyperus esculentus L.is a new type of oilseed crop,whose underground tubers are rich in lip-id with high oleic acid,so it is of high developmental value.In this study,1 465 significantly differentially ex-pressed genes were screened out based on the difference in lipid accumulation by comparative analysis of tran-scriptome data from tubers at different developmental stages.Among which,676 up-regulated genes were sig-nificantly enriched in fatty acid biosynthesis,sucrose metabolism,glycolysis and other related metabolic path-ways,and the contribution of fatty acid biosynthesis pathway was much higher than that of triglyceride(TAG)biosynthesis pathway.The lipid synthesis core enzyme genes of AC Case,FATA,SAD and DGAT,and the key regulatory genes for oil-body forming proteins Caleosin and Oleosin were identified.These results would provide a theoretical basis for exploring the molecular mechanism of lipid synthesis of C.esculentus.关键词
