摘要
Abstract
To determine the reasonable length of working face in shallow coal seams and achieve safe and efficient coal min-ing,this paper takes the 3202 fully mechanized mining face of Fengjiata Coal Mine as the research object.By combining nu-merical simulation with theoretical analysis,an in-depth study of the pressure distribution patterns under different working face lengths was conducted. The study focuses on the impact of face length on mine pressure, the peak value of advanced stress, the stress concentration factor, and the subsidence of the main roof. The results show that as the working face length increases, the advanced stress peak and the stress concentration factor in front of the face gradually increase, indicating that a longer working face leads to more significant stress concentration on the roof, with more significant mine pressure behav-ior.Meanwhile,the subsidence of the main roof also increases with the face length, though the rate of increase slows down.Considering the relationship between mine pressure, the working resistance of hydraulic supports, the transportation capacity of the scraper conveyor, and the minimum air velocity requirements in the working face, the maximum working face length that ensures safe and efficient mining is determined to be 340 meters.关键词
