Abstract
We carried out physical similarity simulation test and field drilling peep to study the overburden fracture evolution characteristics of pre-splitting roof cutting working face under"110 construction method".The physical similarity test select-ed the roof cutting of 201 working face,and the roof cutting reserved the side of the roadway.After passing through the 202 goaf,the fracture characteristics of the 202 goaf passing through the 201 goaf is obvious.Through the borehole imager,the o-verburden rock borehole of the 201 working face is peeped.The results show that the fracture density in the overburden rock is roughly inclined to"hump-shaped"distribution.On the goaf side,the fractures on the cutting side are denser.In the over-lying strata,the masonry beam appears at 8 m from the coal seam floor,and in the caving zone,the height of the caving zone of 201 working face is 8~10 m,the height of the fracture zone of 201 working face is 50 m,the height of the fracture zone of 202 working face is 46 m,and the height of the caving zone is 8~10 m.The borehole peep test found that the stability of 1#and 2#boreholes was good.The cracks in the 3#and 4#boreholes increased with the increase of the peeping depth of the borehole,and the hole wall was damaged.The maximum height of the fracture zone in the 201 working face was less than 9.82 m in the caving zone,between9.82~58.93 m.关键词
