Abstract
In order to explore the mine pressure behavior law of gob-side retaining roadway supported by flexible formwork wall under the conditions of roof cutting,taking the 360804 working face of Xinji No.1 mine as the background,the deforma-tion of roof and force change of unit support were measured by field monitoring means,and the roof cutting effect and road-way forming effect were evaluated.The results show that mine pressure on the side of the flexible formwork wall is more se-vere than that on the side of the coal side in the mining process,and the mine pressure shows obvious asymmetry.The sup-port strength of the side of the flexible formwork wall should be increased when the roadway is retained.The law of mine pressure development in retaining roadway shows obvious stage characteristics:the roadway mine pressure development de-gree is weak within 0~15 m of lagging face;In the range of 15~35 m lagging working face,the mine pressure of roadway is more severe.After 35~85 m lagging working face,the roadway mine pressure becomes slow.After the lagging working face being 85 m,the roadway mine pressure becomes stable,and the mine pressure mainly concentrates in the range of 15~35 m of the lagging working face.It is necessary to strengthen the roadway temporary support within this range.The engineering practice shows that the roadway roof collapses along the cutting seam effectively,and it is feasible to adopt the support mode of anchor mesh cable and flexible formwork concrete wall combined with unit support and single pillar.关键词
