Basic Development Laws of Social Security from the Perspective of Historical Materialism
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the basic development laws of social security from the philosophical perspective of historical materialism.By critically reviewing theoretical interpretations in existing scholarship,it clarifies the foundational role of productive forces in driving the development of social security and highlights the necessity of further investigating its origins.Drawing on a historical review of the evolution of social security systems,the paper examines how industrialization and modem modes of production have challenged traditional security arrangements.The study argues that the establishment and development of social security represent the socialization and institutionalization of human security needs,shaped by the combined forces of productive development and transformations in social relations.In the context of a new wave of productive force revolution,understanding these basic laws is crucial for building a more equitable,effective,and sustainable social security system-one that meets universal human security needs and fosters collective development and prosperity.关键词
