Study on"Quantum Management is Chinese Management"
摘要
Abstract
This study endorses Danah Zohar's proposition that"quantum management is Chinese man-agement."Although Danah put forward this proposition,she failed to provide sufficient evidence.Her books,articles and videos are generally lack of discussion on Chinese culture,and there are insuffi-cient arguments.This paper argues that the key to the validity of this proposition lies in distilling the similarities or commonalities between the two.By questioning the underlying logic of Newtonian me-chanics,the underlying logic of quantum mechanics,and the underlying logic of Chinese manage-ment,the similarities in the logical mechanisms of quantum mechanics,wave-particle duality,and the"same origin,same substance,non-identical,non-different"of China's fine traditional culture are pre-sented,thereby providing sufficient evidence for the validity of this proposition.This research not only an-swers the question of"quantum management is Chinese management,"but also answers the questions about the underlying logic of Chinese management and the four beams and eight pillars.More importantly,the underlying logic of Chinese management is inclusive,coherent,and unique in modern management sci-ence,highlighting the universality and global nature of Chinese management.It showcases that Chinese management is truly capable of shouldering the responsibility of future management science.关键词
