复合微生态制剂对断奶羔羊生长性能、腹泻率、血清生化及免疫指标的影响
Effects of compound microecological preparations on growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum biochemistry,and immune indicators of weaned lambs

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound microecological preparations on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum biochemical,and immune indicators of weaned lambs.Thirty 60-day-old Hu sheep ewe lambs with a body weight of(20.34±3.21)kg were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 10 replicates in each group and one lamb in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,while groups 1 and 2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.3%microecological preparation Ⅰ and 0.3%microecological preparation Ⅱ,respectively.The pre-trial period was seven days and the formal trial period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of groups 1 and 2 increased by 6.83%and 12.08%respectively from day 1 to 60 of the experiment,and the diarrhea rate decreased by 5.76%and 11.36%respectively.The number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in groups 1 and 2 were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the number of Lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05).On the 60th day of the experiment,the body index of group 2 was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).On the 30th and 60th days of the experiment,compared with the control group,the glucose content in groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the urea nitrogen content and aspartate aminotransferase activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentrations of immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of microecological preparations Ⅰ and Ⅱ to the diet can improve the growth performance,enhance immune function,and reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned Hu sheep lambs.Among them,the effect of adding microecological preparation Ⅱ to the diet is better.关键词
