Abstract

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound microecological preparations on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum biochemical,and immune indicators of weaned lambs.Thirty 60-day-old Hu sheep ewe lambs with a body weight of(20.34±3.21)kg were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 10 replicates in each group and one lamb in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,while groups 1 and 2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.3%microecological preparation Ⅰ and 0.3%microecological preparation Ⅱ,respectively.The pre-trial period was seven days and the formal trial period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of groups 1 and 2 increased by 6.83%and 12.08%respectively from day 1 to 60 of the experiment,and the diarrhea rate decreased by 5.76%and 11.36%respectively.The number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in groups 1 and 2 were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the number of Lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05).On the 60th day of the experiment,the body index of group 2 was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).On the 30th and 60th days of the experiment,compared with the control group,the glucose content in groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the urea nitrogen content and aspartate aminotransferase activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentrations of immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of microecological preparations Ⅰ and Ⅱ to the diet can improve the growth performance,enhance immune function,and reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned Hu sheep lambs.Among them,the effect of adding microecological preparation Ⅱ to the diet is better.
