经腋窝腔镜辅助切除术治疗男性乳腺发育症的效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical and aesthetic effects of axillary endoscopic assisted resection in the treatment of male mammary gland development.Methods:100 cases of male patients with mammary gland develop-ment admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Longnan First People's Hospital from February 2021 to Feb-ruary 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.In the con-trol group,open surgery was performed after intratracheal anesthesia,and the surgical site was selected under the breast fold;The observation group was assisted by axillary endoscopic resection under general anesthesia,and the surgical site was selected under the armpit.The perioperative indexes,excellent and good rate of breast appearance and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the obser-vation group had shorter incision length,less intraoperative bleeding and shorter hospital stay,P<0.05.The inci-dence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After 6 months of follow-up,the excellent and good rate of breast appearance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Endoscopic axillary resection for male mammary gland development has the advantages of small incision,controllable blood flow during operation,rapid recovery of pa-tients after operation,high safety and good aesthetic effect of breast appearance.关键词
