摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomark-ers of primary liver cancer.Methods:90 cases of primary liver cancer and 90 healthy people admitted to Hunan Cancer Hos-pital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and tumor biomarkers including γ-glu-tamyltranspeptidase(GGT)、carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)、carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)、alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results:GGT、CA19-9、CEA and AFP in primary liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects,P<0.05.The levels of GGT、CA19-9、CEA and AFP in patients with Ⅲ～Ⅳ liver cancer were higher than those in patients with Ⅰ～Ⅱ liver cancer,P<0.05.Conclusion:Chemilu-minescence immunoassay has positive clinical significance in the diagnosis and disease staging of primary liver cancer,which can guide the formulation of targeted treatment plans and help patients improve their prognosis.关键词
