Abstract
Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is an imaging technique based on optical coherence tomography, which is used to detect ocular microvascular network and blood flow status non-invasively and with-out contrast agent.OCTA can generate high-resolution three-dimensional images of retina, choroid and other structures by capturing small changes of light signals, and can diagnose ophthalmic diseases such as cataract、glauco-ma、corneal and fundus diseases at an early stage and monitor the progress of the disease, especially in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.Compared with traditional fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography,OC-TA can accurately display the small changes of retinal and choroidal blood flow. This paper summarizes the clinical application of OCTA technology in choroidal neovascularization, diabetic retinopathy, corneal neovascularization, iris diseases and children's optometry problems, and analyzes the unique advantages of OCTA in early diagnosis of oph-thalmic diseases, monitoring the progress of lesions and evaluating the curative effect.By comparing the imaging mechanism, technical characteristics and clinical application of OCTA with traditional fundus angiography, the ap-plication prospect and future development direction of OCTA in modern ophthalmology are discussed, aiming at providing reference for clinical research and diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmology.关键词
