Abstract
Objective:To compare the blood lipid levels of patients with epistaxis and those without epistaxis in the same pe-riod,and to explore the correlation between blood lipid levels and epistaxis.Methods:From August 2023 to April 2024,58 patients with epistaxis were selected as the observation group.Fifty-eight patients with non-nosebleeds in the same pe-riod were selected as the control group.The basic information and clinical data of the two groups were collected.The blood lipid levels of the two groups were detected by Roche automatic biochemical analyzer and enzymatic method,and the related risk factors of epistaxis were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results:The levels of TC、TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Multivariate analysis showed that old age、hypertension、high BMI、TC and LDL-C levels were independent risk factors for epistaxis(P<0.05.Conclusion:The blood lipid level of patients with epistaxis is significantly higher than that of patients without epistaxis,suggesting that dys-lipidemia may be related to the occurrence of epistaxis.Using Roche automatic biochemical analyzer to monitor blood lipid level,combined with risk factors management,may help to reduce the risk of nosebleed.关键词
