Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography and elec-trocardiogram in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:59 patients with AMI admitted to the Third Peo-ple's Hospital of Gansu Province from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into observation group(30 ca-ses)and control group(29 cases).The control group was diagnosed by routine electrocardiogram,while the observa-tion group was diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography.The detection rate and diagnosis results of different in-farction sites were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rate of observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of control group 65.52%(19/29).The missed diagnosis rate in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 34.48%(10/29)and the comparison between them was,P<0.05.In the diagnosis of infarction site,the detection rate of inferior myo-cardial infarction was 100.00%(10/10),right ventricular myocardial infarction was 87.50%(7/8),posterior myocar-dial infarction was 85.71%(6/7),anterior myocardial infarction was 100.00%(5/5)in the observation group,in the control group,the detection rates of inferior wall、right ventricle、posterior wall and anterior wall myocardial infarction were 55.56%(5/9)、57.14%(4/7)、57.14%(4/7)and 100.00%(6/6)respectively,compared with each other,P>0.05.Conclusion:Compared with ECG,color Doppler echocardiography has higher detection rate of AMI and specific parts of infarction.关键词
