Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical value of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)com-bined with serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in the diagnosis and progression prediction of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:The clinical data of 331 patients with HCC(HCC group),33 patients with cirrhosis(cirrhosis group),30 patients with hepatitis B(hepatitis group)and 30 healthy people(healthy control group)admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.The serum levels of IL-6、TNF-α,Detection of serum AFP levels by chemiluminescence method were detected by flow cytometry,and the specificity and sensitivity of single and com-bined detection of IL-6、TNF-α and AFP in the diagnosis of HCC were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results:The sensitivity of IL-6 combined with AFP was higher than that of single AFP,the specificity of TNF-α combined with AFP was higher than that of single AFP,and the sensitivity of IL-6 combined with TNF-α was higher than that of single AFP,P<0.05.The sensitivity of combined detection of IL-6、TNF-α and AFP was higher than that of AFP alone,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combined detection of IL-6、TNF-α and AFP is more valuable than single detection in the diagnosis of HCC,and it has better efficacy,and has certain reference value in evaluating the condi-tion of HCC patients.
