Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the improvement effect of taking Shakubatroxobin on cardiac biomark-ers,electrocardiogram、cardiac structure and pumping function in patients with ejection fraction reserved for heart failure(HFpEF).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with HFpEF admitted to Xinyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hos-pital from January 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,while the study group was treated with Shakubatrival-sartan.The levels of cardiac biomarkers、blood pressure、QTc interval、cardiac structure and pumping function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the level of NT-proBNP、systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the QTc interval of ECG was smaller than that in the control group,P<0.05.LAD、LVESD and LVEDD in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.SV、CO、CI and cardiac work in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with HFpEF with shakubatravalsartan is benefi-cial to improve cardiac function、electrocardiogram(QTc interval)、cardiac structure and blood pumping function,thus promoting patients'early recovery.关键词
