膀胱镜检查患者操作性疼痛现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the Current Situation And Influencing Factors of Operational Pain in Patients Undergoing Cystoscopy Examination

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of operative pain in patients undergoing cystoscopy and analyze its influ-encing factors,so as to provide reference for making targeted intervention measures in clinic.Methods:A total of 265 pa-tients who underwent cystoscopy in a third-class first-class hospital in Shanxi Province from October 2023 to February 2024 were investigated by using general information questionnaire、pain digital evaluation scale(NRS)、pain fear question-naire(FPQ)and state anxiety scale(S-AI),and the operational pain was evaluated,the factors causing the pain were ana-lyzed,and the corresponding intervention measures were summarized.Results:The NRS score、FPQ score and S-AI score of 265 patients were(4.37±1.90)、(51.20±13.34)and(42.72±10.14)respectively.Pain fear and state anxiety of pa-tients are positively correlated with operational pain.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age、type of cystoscopy、times of cystoscopy diagnosis and treatment、severe pain fear and state anxiety were independent influencing factors of operative pain in patients undergoing cystoscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of operative pain in patients undergoing cystoscopy is generally moderate.Medical staff should focus on the pain feelings of young and middle-aged、unmarried、rigid cystoscopy and patients undergoing cystoscopy for the first time,so as to relieve pain fear,reduce state anxiety,reduce their pain degree and improve their compliance.关键词
