固定平台与活动平台单髁置换术治疗膝关节内侧间室关节炎的临床疗效对比研究
Comparison of efficacy between fixed platform and movable platform unicompartmental knee arthroplasty for the treatment of unicompartmental arthritis of the knee joint

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of fixed and movable platforms on efficacy of artificial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 164 patients were included in the study,and 106 patients met the requirements for unicompartmental knee arthroplasty due to knee osteoarthritis after matching the inclination score,including 53 patients in the fixed platform prosthesis and 53 patients in the movable platform prosthesis group.HSS score,VAS score,operation time,incision length,knee motion,prosthesis angle,and other relevant indexes were compared before and after the operation to evaluate the early recovery of the two groups.Results The patients were followed up for 25-69 months,with an average of(50.89±14.33)months.Statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in HSS at 3 days after surgery,incision length,operation time,external rotation angle of the femoral prosthesis and posterior inclination angle of the tibial prosthesis(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed between the two groups in VAS or HSS scores at 7 days after surgery,range of motion(ROM),flexion-extension stiffness(FJS),femoral-tibial angle,and internal tibial prosthesis inversion(P>0.05).Conclusion The movable platform prosthesis preserves more bone,but the placement of the prosthesis needs to be more accurate.The fixed platform prosthesis has more osteotomy and a higher fault tolerance rate.Once the surgeon had mastered the surgical indications and techniques,both types of unicompartmental prosthesis surgical plan demonstrated similar efficacy,with patients making a good recovery after the operation.关键词
