Abstract
Y molecular sieve catalysts were prepared,and characterization of the catalysts was conducted using techniques such as GC-MS,XRD,and FTIR.The performance of the catalysts was also evaluated.The reaction mechanism and deactivation behavior of the Y molecular sieve catalysts in the olefin removal from mixed aromatic hydrocarbons were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the Y molecular sieve catalyst removes olefins through alkylation reactions,and its reactivity and stability are correlated with the number of acidic sites on the catalyst.The deactivation of the catalyst is primarily attributed to the deposition of large-molecule condensates formed as by-products on the catalyst surface.This deposition leads to reduced accessibility of active sites and pore blockage,resulting in a decline in catalytic activity.By adjusting the acidity of the catalyst,its stability and activity can be enhanced.关键词
