椭圆内肋丁胞管传热与流动特性分析
Analysis of heat transfer and flow characteristics in oval inner-ribbed dimple tube

Abstract
A new type of composite enhanced heat transfer technology combining an oval inner-ribbed tube with dimples was proposed.The flow and heat transfer characteristics within the range of Re=8 000-18 000 were investigated through numerical simulation.The influences of dimple radius,spacing,and quantity on heat exchange efficiency were investigated,and the optimal combination mode was identified.The simulation results show that the dimple radius,the number of dimples,and the dimple spacing all have a significant influence on the thermal performance.When the dimples have a depth of 1.5 mm,a radius of 3 mm,a spacing of 20 mm,and a number of 5,the heat exchange performance is optimal.Field synergy analysis indicates that this structure promotes intense secondary vortices and enhances the synergy effect between the velocity field and the temperature field.关键词
