Abstract
In view of the self-made dedicated transparent polypropylenes(PPR1 and PPR2)by extrusion blow molding,various properties were studied by FTIR,GPC,DSC and rheological test and compared with similar imported materials(PPR3 and PPR4).The experimental results show that the melt flow rate(10 min)of the four kinds of dedicated transparent polypropylenes by extrusion blow molding are between 1.0 g and 1.5 g,with ethylene contents between 3%(w)and 5%(w)and comparable dynamic shear rheological properties.Among them,PPR2 has the lowest haze,the lowest n-hexane extract content,the narrowest molecular weight distribution,and the optimal overall properties.The lamellar thickness distribution of the four samples is different to some extent but mainly ranges from 6.27 nm to 14.09 nm.关键词
