摘要
Abstract
This study investigated the management strategies for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock,including predictive scoring,timing of venous-arterial ex-tracorporeal membrane oxygenation initiation,etiological analysis,and drug therapy.The PREDICT score was used to assess in-hospital mortality,and the association between early initiation of venous-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and reducing weaning failure rate and one-year all-cause mortality rate was analyzed.The application of dobutamine and levosimendan in treatment was also studied.The results indicated that early initiation of venous-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygen-ation significantly improved patient outcomes,highlighting its importance in cardiac mechanical sup-port.This study provided a new perspective for the clinical management of cardiogenic shock,advan-cing developments in the related field.关键词
