床旁荧光免疫层析法在ICU血药浓度监测中的临床价值
Clinical application and evaluation of fluorescence immunochromatography assay for therapeutic drug mo-nitoring in ICU
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of fluorescence immunochroma-tography Assay in therapeutic drug monitoring in ICU clinical practice.Methods By measuring the concentrations of sodium valproate,norvancomycin,and vancomycin in the blood of ICU patients,the correlation and agreement between fluorescence immunochromatography Assay and high-performance liquid chromatography were compared.Results Compared with the gold standard high-performance liquid chromatography,fluorescence immunochromatography Assay showed good correlation and con-sistency in measuring norvancomycin and vancomycin,but poor performance in measuring sodium val-proate.Conclusions Fluorescence immunochromatography Assay demonstrated potential application value for monitoring norvancomycin and vancomycin in ICU,but further validation is still required.关键词
