摘要

Abstract

Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation can effectively reduce the load of cardiopulmo-nary function and make the injured cardiopulmonary organs rest and recover.Therefore,cardiac ar-rest,cardiogenic shock and severe pneumonia are the main indications of acute and critical cases relat-ed to cardiopulmonary function.In recent years,the extracorporeal life support technology represen-ted by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation has been gradually innovated,and extracorporeal mem-brane oxygenation has been more and more successfully used in the rescue of acute and critically ill pa-tients.However,meta-analysis shows that the overall hospital mortality of patients with extracorpo-real membrane oxygenation weaning is still increased in varying degrees,and the factors related to poor prognosis are still unclear.Through the systematic literature search of China knowledge Net-work,Wanfang,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and other domestic and foreign databases,this paper makes a systematic review on the background and influencing factors of the research on poor prognosis of patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support treatment,in order to pro-vide theoretical guidance and reference for the standardized application of it in clinic.
