基于洪涝溯源法的城市综合管理空间干预优先级研究
Research on priority of spatial intervention in urban comprehensive management based on flood tracing method

Abstract
Combining flood tracing method with hydrodynamic model LISFLOOD-FP to identify flood sources and reveal regional spatial hydrological connectivity.Four criteria have been developed to prioritize spatial interventions,including inundation range,maximum inundation depth,inundation road,and building exposure.Taking the area above Huangtai Bridge in Jinan City as an example,the spatial intervention priority under various criteria and different combinations were analyzed,and the influence of rainfall recurrence period and grid size on spatial intervention priority was discussed.The results indicate that the flood tracing method can obtain the contribution of specific regions to the total flood range,and combined with spatial intervention criteria,the priority of regional flood intervention can be determined.The priority of spatial intervention varies under different criteria.When formulating flood control and disaster reduction plans,specific needs need to be combined with flood management objectives.The sponge city demonstration area above Huangtai Bridge in Jinan City has a high intervention priority.The rainfall return period and grid size have a significant impact on the classification of intervention priority levels,but have a relatively small impact on the spatial distribution of priority levels.关键词
