基于无人机的铁路非正常接发列车作业方案设计
UAV-Assisted Operation Design for Abnormal Train Reception and Departure in Railway

Abstract
This paper analyzed the current challenges in manual inspection efficiency constraints,functional deficiencies in interlocking equipment,and structural shifts in post effectiveness during abnormal train reception and departure operations on railways.Issues such as inefficiency and safety risks were identified,and the application potential of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)was highlighted in key phases,including equipment monitoring,route preparation,and authority transmission.Deconstructing operational scenarios based on UAV strengths and weaknesses,the study clarified the division of labor between personnel and UAVs,proposing a human-UAV collaborative framework for train reception and departure operations.A four-layer system architecture for human-UAV collaborative operations was constructed.Tailored to the practicalities of train operations,key technical specifications for the UAV platform,payload,and flight path planning were determined to support efficient UAV deployment in equipment monitoring,departure assistance,and authority transmission.Using the scenario of departure operations under a switch indication failure as a case study,the paper delineated the human-UAV collaborative workflow for abnormal train reception and departure.Comparative analysis with traditional methods demonstrates the proposed scheme's superiority in safety,efficiency,and cost-effectiveness.This research provides a valuable reference for the intelligent development of railway transportation.关键词
