摘要

Abstract

In view of the train-truck-drone cooperative transportation for medium-to-long distance emergency supplies,an integer programming model of train-truck-drone cooperative transportation was constructed to minimize the total transportation cost.A two-stage algorithm,consisting of an adaptive K-means clustering algorithm and a variable neighborhood simulated annealing algorithm,was proposed to solve the model.Seven simulation cases of different scales were designed.The simulation results show that compared with the truck-drone transportation mode,the addition of railways reduces truck mileage by 397 km,decreases overall transportation cost by an average of 26.49%,reduces transportation time by 12.06%,and lowers truck mileage by 62.17%on average.With the increase in OD distance of emergency supply transport,the advantages in cost and timeliness become more evident,and there is an inflection point observed in the range of[900 km,1 000 km].When the railway transport speed reaches 130 km/h,the timeliness of transportation reaches its maximum.These findings indicate that strengthening the organization of emergency railway freight transport has significant practical value.This research provides a reference for integrating railways into the low-altitude economy.
