Effect of Carbon Emission Intensity on High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry in Yangtze River Economic Belt
摘要
Abstract
To explore the effect of carbon emissions on the high-quality development of the logistics industry,the provincial panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2022 were selected.The high-quality development level of the logistics industry in 11 provinces(cities)of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was measured based on the new development philosophy,and a spatial Durbin model was used to empirically analyze the spatial effect of the carbon emission intensity of the logistics industry on its high-quality development.The results show that the carbon emission intensity of the logistics industry has a reverse effect on its high-quality development,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.The spatial effect of the carbon emission intensity of the logistics industry on its high-quality development varies in regions of the Yangtze River Basin with different resource conditions and development levels.The spillover effect on the upper reaches with fewer resources and lower development levels is still significantly negative,while the spillover effect on the middle and lower reaches with abundant resources and higher development levels shows a spatial blocking effect.Relevant recommendations are put forward to provide a reference for promoting carbon emission reduction in the logistics industry and improving the high-quality development level of the industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and even the whole country.关键词
