沙棘硬枝扦插繁育技术研究
Study on Hardwood Cutting Propagation Technique of Hippophae rhamnoides

Abstract
To explore the effects of different factors on the rooting indicators of sea buckthorn.Based on single-factor experiments on different cut shapes,different cut lengths and different varieties of sea buckthorn hardwood cuttings,L9(34)orthogonal cutting experi-ments with different substrates,different hormones,hormone concentrations and soaking times were carried out.The results showed that the incision shapes of different cuttings varied significantly.The best-performing one was the horse ear shape,followed by the horseshoe shape,and the worst was the flat shape.The survival rates of the three treatments were 72.4%,66.9%,and 60.6%respec-tively,and the rooting effect indices were 1.15,0.68,and 0.39.The rooting traits of cuttings of different lengths were significantly dif-ferent.The cuttings with a length of 15 cm showed the best performance,followed by 20 cm.The survival rates were 74.5%and 69.9%respectively,and the rooting effect indices were 1.17 and 0.71.There were significant differences among different varieties.The optimal variety was Yulu No.1,followed by Zhongji No.3.The survival rates were 72.8%and 70.3%respectively,and the rooting effect indices were 1.2 and 0.6 respectively.The rooting conditions of different substrates(A),hormone types(B),hormone concentra-tions(C),and soaking times(D)were significantly different(P<0.05).The best combination was A1B3C3D3,followed by the combination A2B3C1D2.The main factor affecting the rooting rate was the substrate type.In conclusion,when taking cuttings of sea buckthorn hard-wood,the horse-eared cut was the best treated.The best rooting index was achieved when the cuttings are 15 cm long.The rooting manifestations of different varieties were as follows Yulu No.1>Zhongji No.3>Hongji No.1>Zhongji No.4.The combination of using fine sand+perlite+vermiculite as the substrate and treating cuttings with ABT rooting agent at a concentration of 300 mg·L-1 for 1 hour had the best rooting effect for sea buckthorn hardwood cuttings.These findings can provide technical support for the efficient propaga-tion of high-quality sea buckthorn seedlings in arid and semi-arid areas.关键词
