不同育苗基质对甘薯幼苗生长发育的影响
Effect of Different Seedling Substrates on the Growth and Development of Sweet Potato Seedlings

Abstract
In order to promote the development of sweet potato seedling industry and explore the influence of substrate on the growth of sweet potato seedlings.This study selected cultivated soil and two commercial seedling substrates as test materials,with sweet pota-to variety Pushu 32 as the indicator variety.The comparative experiment of seedling substrates was conducted in the light cultivation room of Henan University of Science and Technology.The results showed that the seedling effects of the two commercial substrates were outstanding,with plant height,stem diameter,SPAD,fresh weight,root shoot ratio,and strong seedling index increased by 37.81%,3.84%,16.93%,60.49%,42.50%,and 24.57%on average compared with cultivated soil.The nutrient content of the entire seedling plant significantly increased,with an average increase of 29%,204%,and 73%in nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium con-tent compared to the cultivated soil.Correlation analysis showed that the bulk density,total porosity,water holding pores,organic mat-ter,and other indicators of the substrate were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with the growth indicators of sweet potato seedlings.In conclusion,the correlation analysis between the physical and chemical properties of different substrates and the growth indicators of sweet potato seedlings showed that the bulk density,porosity,water holding pores,organic matter,and other prop-erties of substrates were related to sweet potato seedling growth indicators.The growth of seedlings is significantly correlated and can be used as a key factor in the selection of sweet potato seedling substrates.关键词
