烤烟粗糙度参比样的制作及分析
Preparation and Analysis of Reference Samples for Flue-cured Tobacco Roughness

Abstract
In order to achieve intuitive and highly efficient guidance for the sorting of tobacco leaves of varying grades,this studied commenced with an in-depth dissection of the conceptual definition of leaf structure in the national standard quality factors of flue-cured tobacco.Integrating the actual circumstances of tobacco leaf sorting operations,the attribute factor of leaf structure,namely roughness,was carefully selected and determined.Primary-cured tobacco leaves from three cities in Henan province were selected as the test samples.A comprehensive suite of methods in sensory analysis techniques,including the ranking method,Friedman test,multiple comparison,and descriptive analysis,were employed.The roughness of flue-cured tobacco was painstakingly classified into seven distinct grades:fine,relatively fine,slightly fine,medium,slightly rough,relatively rough,and rough.Subsequently,physical reference samples were fabricated.The results revealed that these roughness reference samples could effectively distinguish tobacco leaves with different roughness characteristics.The differences among each grade were not only significant but also statistically verifiable.Moreover,tobacco leaves with different roughness levels exhibited noticeable disparities in sensory-evaluation quality,following certain discernible patterns.During the practical process of tobacco leaf sorting,the roughness reference samples demonstrated remarkable applicability and operability.In conclusion,the reference samples developed in this study offer vital theoretical support for a profound understanding and precise interpretation of the roughness concept within the quality factors of leaf-surface structure.They also play a pivotal role in effectively guiding industrial-scale tobacco leaf sorting operations.关键词
