外源脯氨酸对干旱胁迫下番茄幼苗生长发育的影响
Effects of Exogenous Proline on Growth and Development of Tomato Seedlings under Drought Stress

Abstract
In order to investigate how exogenous proline regulates the growth and physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings un-der drought,proline was used for foliar spraying of tomato seedlings,and one control group with normal watering and five treatment groups with drought and different concentrations of proline sprayed(0,15,30,45,60 mg·L-1)were set up to study the changes in growth conditions,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content and relative electrical conductivity of tomato seedlings after the appli-cation of proline under drought stress.The results showed that the plant height,stem thickness,fresh mass,root-crown ratio and chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings increased significantly with the increase of externally applied proline concentration after drought treatment,indicating that proline could significantly improve the growth condition of seedlings under drought stress and had a positive effect on promoting seedling growth.Through the determination of malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity,I found that with the increase of externally applied proline concentration,both contents showed a decreasing trend,indicating that proline can effectively reduce the drought stress on the damage of tomato seedling cell membranes and improve the drought resistance of tomato seedlings.In conclusion,the appropriate concentration of exogenous proline can enhance the drought resistance of tomato seedlings by promoting growth,enhancing photosynthesis and protecting cell membranes,and the results of this study provide a technical reference for improving the quality and efficiency of tomato under drought stress.关键词
