针刺联合补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者心功能的影响
Effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis and its influence on heart function
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis and its influence on patients' heart function.[Methods]A total of 140 patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis in Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into 70 cases in control group and 70 cases in observation group by random number method.The control group was treated by modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and the observation group was treated by Qihuang needle combined with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction.To evaluate the integral level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome;test cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),type B natriuretic peptide(BNP),angiotensin(Ang),blood aldosterone(ALD),renin activity(PRA),and compare the clinical treatment effect between the two groups.[Results]After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of shortness of breath,fatigue,lethargy,spontaneous sweating score,BNP,Ang Ⅱ,ALD,PRA,TNF-α and hs-CRP in the observation group were decreased(P＜0.05),and the levels of CO and LVEF were increased(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]Qihuang needle combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,inhibit oxidative stress,improve vascular endothelial function and restore heart function,and the therapeutic effect is significant.关键词
