当归拈痛汤加减联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察
The clinical efficacy of modified Danggui Niantong Decoction combined with calcium dobesilate tablets in treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Danggui Niantong Decoction combined with calcium dobesilate tablets in treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and its influence on inflammatory response.[Methods]From January 2023 to June 2024,92 patients with DPN who visited Tangshan Third Hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 46 patients in each group.In addition to basic treatment,the control group was treated with calcium dobesilate tablets,while the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Niantong Decoction in addition to the treatment received by the control group.To compare the efficacy,TCSS score,sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated haemoglobin(HbA1c),haematological rheological indexes,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumour necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha),and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.[Results]The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was better(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCSS score,FPG,HbA1c,fibrinogen,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,serum IL-6,TNF-α,CRP levels in both groups were significantly decreased,while the SNCV and MNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves were prominently increased,and the observation group was better(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of modified Danggui Niantong Decoction and calcium dobesilate tablets has a great effect on DPN patients,it is beneficial for reducing blood glucose levels,improving nerve conduction velocity and hemorheological indicators,and alleviating inflammatory response.关键词
