摘要
Abstract
Endometrial injury may lead to a series of serious consequences such as intrauterine adhesions,infertility,etc.,the current treatment measures are limited and poor prognosis is often seen.Tissue engineering and biomaterials are widely used in the repair of tissues and organs.Seed cells,biomaterials scaffold carriers and growth factors constitute the key factors of tissue engineering.The correct selection of biomaterials scaffold carriers and seed cells can improve the ability of cell adhesion,proliferation and differentiation in tissues,thereby promoting tissue repair and regeneration.This article reviews the therapeutic strategies and research progress of tissue engineering in the repair and treatment of endometrial injury.关键词
