Clinical effect of Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 130 patients with HPV infection admitted to the Hechi Third People's Hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(65 cases,treated with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules)and the observation group(65 cases,treated with Baofukang Suppository on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,total incidence of adverse reactions,and vaginal microecology were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(73.85%)was higher than that of the control group(53.85%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal pH value and vaginal cleanliness in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of HPV infection can improve vaginal microecology and clinical efficiency of patients.关键词
