固本清毒汤联合人干扰素α2b凝胶、阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗湿热瘀毒证宫颈高危型人乳头状瘤病毒的效果
Effect of Guben Qingdu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel and Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use in the treatment of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus with syndrome of poisonous damp-heat and static blood

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Guben Qingdu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel and Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use in patients with cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection with syndrome of poisonous damp-heat and static blood.Methods Sixty patients with syndrome of poisonous damp-heat and static blood of cervical high-risk HPV infection admitted to Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given Human Interferon α2b Gel and Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use,and the observation group was given Guben Qingdu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel+Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use.The symptom improvement time,HPV negative conversion rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of abnormal vaginal secretion and lower abdominal pain in the observation group([12.34±2.12],[12.02±2.01]days)was shorter than that in the control group([16.95±2.26],[15.47±2.23]days),and the negative conversion rate of HPV(86.67%)was higher than that in the control group(63.33%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guben Qingdu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Gel and Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use can increase the HPV negative conversion rate and improve clinical symptoms in cervical high-risk HPV infection with syndrome of poisonous damp-heat and static patients.关键词
