急性荨麻疹伴发急性阑尾炎1例并文献复习
A case of acute urticaria complicated with acute appendicitis and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Urticaria is a common allergic disease in clinic.Acute urticaria has an acute onset,and in severe cases,it can involve the digestive tract and respiratory tract,and even cause systemic toxic symptoms and anaphylactic shock.The treatment principle of this disease is to remove the cause,anti-allergic and symptomatic treatment.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a female patient with acute urticaria complicated with acute appendicitis,and reviews the relevant literature,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute urticaria.关键词
