Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of behavior correction combined with eye acupoint massage in adolescent patients with scoliosis and myopia.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,using the cluster sampling method,140 junior high school students from Shinan District,Qingdao City who were diagnosed with scoliosis combined with myopia through physical examinations in Shandong Provincial Chronic Disease Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The simple correction group received optometry,glasses fitting and behavior correction,while the combined intervention group adopted eye acupoint massage on the basis of simple correction group.The therapeutic effect of the two group was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in equivalent spherical diopter,visual acuity and axial length between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in equivalent spherical diopter,visual acuity and axial length in the simple correction group compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).The equivalent spherical diopter,visual acuity and axial length in the combined intervention group were all improved compared with those before treatment,and those in the combined intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of behavior correction combined with eye acupoint massage in adolescent patients with scoliosis and myopia is relatively good,and it is suitable for promotion in schools and families.关键词
