不同热流工况对CO2相变储能换热器的影响
Influence of different heat flow conditions on the heat transfer of CO2 phase change energy storage heat exchanger

Abstract
Carbon emissions are not merely linked to energy consumption and industrial development,but also closely tied to human lifestyles and future sustainable development.To reduce carbon emis-sions,phase change energy storage technology has become one of the important means for carbon cap-ture and storage.This paper focuses on a CO2-water heat pipe energy storage and heat exchange de-vice,and analyzes the influence of different CO2 and heat fluid temperature states on heat exchange characteristics.Through experimental comparison,the heat transfer laws of gas-water two-phase flow un-der given working conditions were explored,and the control parameters affecting the performance of phase change energy storage heat exchangers were analyzed based on the theoretical framework.The re-search results show that there is a significant correlation between the outlet temperature of CO2 and the temperature of the heat fluid,for every 1℃ increase in the initial temperature,the average temperature of CO2 rises by 0.27 ℃;the latent heat of CO2 phase change increases exponentially with the increase in the initial temperature,while the heat output of the heat source maintains a linear relationship with the initial temperature.When the power of the water pump is constant,the coefficient of performance of the system gradually decreases with the increase in the temperature of the heat source;when the tem-perature of the heat source is constant,Energy efficiency ration is positively correlated with the power of the water pump,indicating that Energy efficiency ration is the result of the combined effect of the heat output of the heat source and the power of the water pump.When the temperature of the heat fluid is optimally set at 80℃ and the power of the water pump is set at 1.5 kW,the system energy efficiency ratio reaches the optimum.Reasonable matching of the temperature of the heat fluid and the power of the water pump can optimize the performance of the heat pump,which has a significant effect on energy conservation,consumption reduction,and improving the utilization efficiency of CO2.关键词
