膈下逐瘀汤加减方对慢性输卵管炎大鼠纤连蛋白与Snail表达的影响
Effect of modified Gexia Zhuyu Decoction on expressions of fibronectin and Snail in rats with chronic salpingitis

Abstract
Objective It is to observe the effect of modified Gexia Zhuyu Decoction on the expressions of fibronectin(FN)and Snail in rats with chronic salpingitis with syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to explore its mecha-nism in the treatment of this disease.Methods Forty female SD rats aged 8-10 weeks were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group and levofloxacin group,with 10 rats in each group.The rats of all groups except for the blank group were injected with Staphylococcus aureus combined with epinephrine hydrochloride and stimulated with sound,light and electrical stimulation to establish models of chronic salpingitis with syndrome of Qi stagna-tion and blood stasis.After the models were successfully prepared,the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group was given Gexia Zhuyu Decoction 3.6 g/kg by gavage,the levofloxacin group was given levofloxacin 80 mg/kg by gavage,and the blank group and model group were administered the same volume of distilled water by gavage,all once daily,continuously treated for 28 days.The scores of syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis of rats in each group were recorded,the morphology of the fallopiantube tissue were observed and scored with naked eyes,the pathological morphology of the fallopian tube tis-sue was observed by HE staining,the fibrosis in the fallopian tube was observed by Masson staining,the protein expres-sions of FN and Snail in fallopian tube tissue were detected by Western blot analysis,and the mRNA expressions of FN and Snail in fallopian tube tissue were detected by qRT-PCR.Results The scores of syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and morphology of fallopian tube tissue of rats in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),there were obvious inflammatory injury and fibrotic changes in the fallopian tube tissue,and the relative protein and mRNA expressions of FN,Snail in the fallopian tube tissue were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the scores of syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and mor-phology of fallopian tube tissue of rats in the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group and levofloxacin group were significantly de-creased(all P<0.05),the inflammatory injury and fibrotic changes in the fallopian tube tissue were alleviated,and the relative protein and mRNA expressions of FN,Snail in the fallopian tube tissue of rats in the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group,the relative protein expressions of FN,Snail and mRNA expression of Snail in the fallopian tube tissue of rats in the levo-floxacin group were significantly decrased(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gexia Zhuyu Decoction can effectively al-leviate fallopian tube inflammation injury and inhibit fallopian tube fibrosis in rats with chronic salpingitis with syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis via down-regulating the expressions of Snail and FN in fallopian tube tissue.关键词
