二仙泽兰汤治疗肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症疗效观察
Efficacy of Erxian Zelan decoction on hyperandrogenism in polycystic ovary syndrome of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis

Abstract
Objective It is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Erxian Zelan decoction in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with hyperandrogenism(PCOS-HA)of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods U-sing a retrospective cohort study design,the relevant data from patients with PCOS-HA of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis visited the gynecology outpatient clinic of Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2022 to January 2024 were collected from the Hospital Information System(HIS).A total of 30 cases treated with Erxian Zelan decoction were selected as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,and 30 cases treated with Diane-35 were selected as control group,both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The menstrual status(scores of men-strual cycle,menstrual duration and blood volume and menstrual recovery rate),serum sex hormones[levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),and LH/FSH ratio],scores of ovarian Doppler ultrasound examination of patients in the two groups,as well as overall therapeutic efficacy and incidence of adverse reac-tions were compared.Results After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the scores of menstrual cycle,menstrual duration and blood volume of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but there were no statistical-ly significant differences between the two groups(all P>0.05);the menstrual recovery rates of the TCM group and west-ern medicine group were 93.3%(28/30)and 86.7%(26/30),respectively,there was no statistically significant differ-ence between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum levels of LH and T,and LH/FSH ratios were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment in both groups(all P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(all P>0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in serum levels of FSH between before and after treatment in each group and between the two groups(all P>0.05);the serum T re-covery rates the TCM group and western medicine group were 80.0%(24/30)and 63.3%(19/30),respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differ-ences in the scores of ovarian Doppler ultrasound examinations between before and after treatment in each group and be-tween the two groups(all P>0.05).The total effective rates of the TCM group and western medicine group were 93.3%(28/30)and 86.7%(26/30),respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the TCM group and western medicine group was6.7%(4/30)and 13.3%(4/30),respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Erxian Zelan decoction is definitely effective in the treatment of PCOS-HA of type of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis,it can regulate neuroendocrine system,promote recovery of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function,regulate menstruation and promote ovulation,its efficacy is comparable to Diane-35.关键词
