疑似肺结核的机化性肺炎患者临床及病理特征分析
Analysis of clinical and pathological characteristics of organizing pneumonia suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological characteristics of patients with organizing pneumonia suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis and the cause of misdiagnosed and missing,in order to improve the early clinical diagnosis rate of organizing pneumonia.Method The data of 72 cases of organizing pneumonia patients and 72 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2019 to March 2023 were collected.The basic medical history,clinical manifestations,chest CT findings,pathological changes and other data were statistically analyzed.Result 72 cases of organizing pneumonia were similar to pulmonary tuberculosis in the risk factor clinical manifestations such as cough,fever,chest pain,pulmonary rales and imaging data,but it had obvious specificity in pathological changes:there was obvious hyperplasia of interstitial fibrous granulation tissue in alveoli,and a polypoid hyperplasia protruding into the alveolar cavity.Conclusion The risk facto clinical manifestations and imaging data of the organizing pneumonia patients lacked specificity,it is easy to be mistaken and misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis,attention should be paid to the differences between the two diseases,to help early diagnosis of organizing pneumonia.关键词
