芩苓子阴道灌注液与人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的疗效对比研究
A comparative study of the efficacy of Qinlingzi vaginal infusion and human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of high-risk human papilloma virus infection

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qinlingzi vaginal infusion and human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets in treating high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and to explore the potential advantages of Qinlingzi vaginal infusion in clinical applications. Method Patients with high-risk HPV infection from Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine between October 2022 and March 2025 were selected as research subjects. A total of 100 patients were included, with 50 patients in the control group receiving interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets and 50 patients in the study group receiving Qinlingzi vaginal infusion treatment. The two groups were compared regarding the HPV negative conversion rate after three menstrual cycles of treatment, as well as the TCM syndrome scores, incidence of adverse reactions, and the recurrence rate after a follow-up period of three menstrual cycles. Result After three menstrual cycles of treatment, the total effective rate of HPV clearance in the experimental group was 72%, significantly higher than the 42% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference ( P ＜0.01). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P ＜0.01). Comparing the HPV recurrence rate between the two groups after three menstrual cycles of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the control group was 55.56%, while it was 5.56% in the experimental group, indicating a significantly lower recurrence rate in the experimental group ( P ＜0.05). In the intergroup comparison, the experimental group demonstrated superior efficacy over the control group in patients aged 19-30, 31-40, and ≥41 years, with a statistically significant difference ( P ＜0.05) observed in the 31-40 age subgroup. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Qinlingzi vaginal lavage solution on high-risk HPV is superior to that of interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablets. It can significantly improve clinical symptoms and has good safety.关键词
