摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the active components and mechanism of Rhodiola rosea L.in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD)by network pharmacology.Methods The main effective components of Rhodiola rosea L.were collected by CNKI,and the potential targets of Rhodiola rosea L.were predicted by Swisstarget prediction.The related targets of AD were screened by Genecards,OMIM and NCBI databases.The intersection of Rhodiola rosea L.and AD targets was obtained by Venny2.1.0.The protein interaction network was obtained by using STRING database.A component-target-disease interaction network was constructed through Cytoscape3.7.2.Finally,gene ontology(GO)analysis and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed via the DAVID data-base.Results From Rhodiola rosea L.,28 chemical components,846 targets and 2226 AD-related targets were identified,with a total of 119 intersecting targets between chemical components and AD.The protein interaction network center mainly involved key targets such as GAPDH,TNF,AKT1,EGFR,STAT3,MMP9,and SRC,etc.The KEGG signaling pathway analysis mainly involved HIF-1 signaling pathway,cancer signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Conclusion Rhodiola rosea L.may play a role in treating AD by acting on multiple targets and multiple signal pathways.
