猪Bmp2基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of BMP2 Gene in Sus scrofa
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the structure and function of the BMP2 gene of Sus scrofa,the experiment analyzed the nucleotide similarity,amino acid sequence,protein physicochemical properties,protein structure and interacting proteins of the swine BMP2 gene by using bioinformatics methods.The results showed that the swine BMP2 gene is encoded by 1 188 bases and contains 1 promoter and 395 amino acid residues.It is an acidic,hydrophilic and unstable protein.The molecular weight of the swine BMP2 protein is 44 553.70 u and the isoelectric point is 8.37.The BMP2 gene of Sus scrofa plays an important regulatory role in embryonic development,growth,reproduction,bone morphogenesis and joint formation.关键词
