摘要

Abstract

Porcine parvovirus(PPV)is an important pathogen that harms the respiratory and reproductive tracts of pigs.Currently,studies have found that at least seven types of PPV1~PPV7 exist in pig populations.Porcine parvovirus type 1(PPV1)is one of important pathogens causing reproductive disorders in primiparous sows,and in recent years,it has mostly been a sporadic outbreak.In March 2025,one pig farm in Guangxi showed clinical symptoms such as miscarriage in primiparous sows.PCR detection,VP2 gene amplification,and sequencing analysis were performed on a serum sample of the sow,and the infection of porcine parvovirus type 1 in the pig farm was finally confirmed.
