1例绵羊肺炎的X线影像及病理学分析
X-ray Image and Pathological Analysis of a Case of Sheep Pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
This study aimed to diagnose and analyze a case of ovine interstitial pneumonia in a sheep farm in Southern Xinjiang using digital radiography(DR)and pathological examination.A suspected ovine pneumonia case from a Southern Xinjiang sheep farm was examined using DR.The pneumonia was classified as lobar,lobular,or interstitial based on imaging characteristics.The radiographic features were analyzed,and postmortem examination with histopathological observation was conducted to determine pathological changes.The DR imaging revealed thickened lung markings,decreased pulmonary translucency,ground-glass opacities,and blurred cardiac and diaphragmatic contours,consistent with interstitial pneumonia.Pathological examination showed typical interstitial pneumonia lesions,including alveolar structure atrophy and alveolar wall thickening.The imaging features of ovine pneumonia correlate well with pathological changes.DR demonstrates high sensitivity in diagnosing pneumonia types in sheep.These findings provide valuable references for veterinary clinical practice.关键词
