脐带间充质干细胞对奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果研究
Study on the Effect of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in the Treatment of Dairy Cow Mastitis

Abstract
In order to study the effect of umbilical cord MSCs in the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows,in this experiment,the isolated umbilical cord MSCs and antibiotics were injected into dairy cows with mastitis,and the changes of IL-6,CRP,8-OHdG,SOD,TNF-α content in serum and milk composition were compared.Results:In the serum of cows injected with MSCs,IL-6 decreased by 11.74%,CRP increased by 11.02%,8-OHdG decreased by 3.17%,SOD increased by 3.83%,TNF-α decreased by 10.61%,and the number of colonies and somatic cells in milk decreased significantly.There are differences in the changes of cytokine content in serum of dairy cows injected with antibiotics.The experiment proves that umbilical cord MSCs have the effect of treating cow mastitis,and have certain effects in inhibiting inflammation,restoring milk quality,reducing tissue damage and repairing breast tissue.关键词
