中草药"促孕散"治疗母牛排卵延迟研究
Study on the Treatment of Delayed Ovulation in Beef Cows with the Chinese Herbal Medicine"Fertility-promoting Power"

Abstract
To explore the therapeutic effect of the self-formulated Chinese herbal formula"Fertility-promoting Power"on Beef cows with delayed ovulation,45 Simmental crossbred cows with delayed ovulation were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups(15 cows per group).Blood samples were collected before drug administration(0 d),on the 4th day of the test,and on the 6th day to measure and compare the concentrations of reproductive hormones and interleukins in the serum of cows in each group.The results showed:the estrous conception rate:experimental group II＞experimental group I＞control group.After administration,the concentrations of FSH,E2,IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-8 in the serum of cows showed an upward trend.On the 4th and 6th days,the FSH and E2 concentrations in both Group I and Group II were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).These results indicate that administering"Fertility-promoting Power"can increase the levels of FSH and E2 in the serum of cows with ovulation delay,enhancing the conception rate.The best effect was to administer 5 doses.关键词
