摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the correlation between left ventricular structure,function and myocardial fibrosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy based on cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR).Methods:Totally 52 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy in our hospital were enrolled from June 2021 to January 2024.According to the CMR results,the above pa-tients were divided into myocardial fibrosis group(n=29)and non-myocardial fibrosis group(n=23).The differences in left ven-tricular structure and function parameters were compared between two groups.The correlation between left ventricular structure and function parameters and myocardial fibrosis was analyzed.The value of left ventricular structure and function parameters on predicting myocardial fibrosis was assessed.Results:①The left ventricular structure parameters in myocardial fibrosis group were higher than those in non-myocardial fibrosis group(P<0.05).②The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in myocardial fibrosis group was lower,while the left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)were higher than those in non-myocardial fibrosis group(P<0.05).③LVEF was nega-tively correlated with myocardial fibrosis,and other left ventricular structure and function parameters were positively correlated with myocardial fibrosis(P<0.05).④The combination of left ventricular structure and function parameters had the highest value on predicting myocardial fibrosis,with sensitivity and specificity as high as 100.00%and 100.00%.Conclusion:After myocar-dial fibrosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,LVEDD,LVESD,LVSId,LVSIs,LVMI,LVESV,LVEDV are increased while LVEF is decreased.CMR has high application value on evaluating left ventricular structure and function changes and detecting myocardial fibrosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
